Shipping policy

All shipping times are estimated by the carrier, not by Royal Bee. Starting March 2nd, 2020 and until further notice, all shipping times will not be guaranteed on any carrier. Please plan and purchase shipping accordingly. Thank you!

International orders:  Free shipping is not available to addresses outside the US. All taxes, duties and fees assessed by customs and/or government offices must be paid by the customer before the shipment is received. Royal Bee is not responsible for these charges and cannot calculate them ahead of time, nor are we able pay them on the customer’s behalf. No credit will be given for taxes or fees to customer at any time. If item is returned to Honey Bee as undeliverable due to refusal of paying duties or fees, any costs of shipping or processing your credit card will be deducted from refund. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.

International orders do not qualify for any free shipping discounts at this time.

If your order is missing any item(s), you must notify us, in writing or via the phone within 30 days of receiving the order or Royal Bee, Inc reserves the right not to replace the missing item.
